Hometown Car Wash & Detailing

I haven't patronize this carwash in a couple of years due to bad service. I took a chance went there today b/c I didn't want to clean the interior myself what a bad decision. They were shorted staffed according to signage posted in the waiting area and it was 6 people waiting in front of me. When it was time for me to get into my car I noticed that the inside of my driver door still had drinks stains where I had spilled a drink from the drive thru window last week. I asked the young lady if she would come wipe it off. After lightly wiping and leaving some stains behind she exclaims "We don't do car doors". I said excuse me, "how does that work with the signature package I purchased?"...she then repeats herself and walks away. So I get inside my car and inspect the inside and I see that they cleaned my dash, seats and console. So I asked her why do they exclude the door but clean the windows? She then says to me, "because we don't do doors and you don't have to come back." I was appalled at how rude she was for the amount of money I paid for the detailing. This was unacceptable and the staff are unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I've had extremely bad experiences here. It is not

I have went here several times and I always leave satisfied. I love the job they do.

Went this morning and got the classic package. Realized they did vacuum between the seats. When I went back I was told they don't do a good job because I didn't get the signature package and that I didn't read the sign. I told the employee that was a great marketing strategy to tell customers that you don't do a good job if you don't get the highest priced package and that anyone with half a brain would expect a vacuum to include between the seats. Used to go here all the time with my gma and they were great. Will not go back and will not recommend anymore else go.

I swear by this business. On a strip of road with six car washes, this is the only one I will ever use or recommend. It’s affordable, the quality of work is superb and I love to support a local and family owned business. It’s hard to find a car wash that does everything for you, from the vacuuming to the drying, for a reasonable price and this place does exactly that. I love the convenience of handing over my keys, sitting in the air conditioning, with a snack from their shelves, and chatting with the owner who is always personable but professional. They are always time efficient as well, no matter how long the line, I’ve never had to wait long to be served. Don’t let the overpriced chains with their oversized signs up the street fool you. OK Car Wash is a small business that does better work than any other wash in the city, and I say that as someone that spent a fair amount of time looking for just that.

Rude, they don’t clean pretty good, when I told them the lady was so mean and the guy rude. He told me take the car to some where else because I am not a frequent client. What if I was looking for a new place to clean? My money doesn’t worth like the other people’s money? Why they don’t do a good job since they receive the cars, so nobody will complain.
